Christmas Light Maintenance, Takedown & Storage in Kansas City
Included with every install. We keep the lights running all season, pull them down in January, and store them until next year.
Still on your roof in January.
This is the part that separates us from a company doing Christmas lights to get through the winter. Most of them are back on landscaping or gutters by January. We're still on your roof taking lights down — and it costs you nothing extra, because it was in the price from the start.
Season-long maintenance.
A strand goes dark, a clip lets go, wind knocks a wreath crooked — call us and we come fix it, usually next day. No trip charge, no per-visit fee, no argument about whether it's covered. It's our equipment on your house, so keeping it lit is our job.
Takedown after the new year
We pull everything down — roofline, wreaths, trees, ground lighting — on our schedule, not yours. You don't need to be home. Nothing is left on the house, and the clips come off clean.
Storage until next year
Every strand comes back to our warehouse, gets checked, and is labeled to your house. Next season it goes back up exactly the same way. Nothing takes up a shelf in your garage, and nothing comes out of a bin tangled.
Why it's included, not an add-on.
Because the lights are ours. You're not buying strands you have to store, replace, and re-hang — you're paying once for a season that starts with a design visit and ends with an empty garage.
